Chance really redeemed himself in part two. It was like it was in him all along and it took the tragedy of losing his aunt to pull it out. What did Tupac say, "I ain't no killer but don't push me!". Chance epitomizes this saying. All he wanted was to live a good clean life, operate his businesses, and love his woman but that was too much like right for some people. Tank pure and simple was a B----! He failed to see that Chance was a child just like him and could no more control the actions of his father than he could. Instead of him laying blame where it belonged he went after innocent people. Its sad to see how some of the older women in the story were just clueless. Sharia's mother, Taylor's mother give women a horrible reputation. The fact that they knowingly and willingly placed no good men above the well being of their children is absolutely astonishing to me. I guess you can be a fool at any age. The mental picture that Johnazia painted of Starr and Blake's mother was visually stimulating. I could see exactly what she looked like and envision the way that she carried herself because of the artistic brush strokes that Johnazia used to bring her to life. I can't wait to see how Blame and Sin's relationship continues to grow and I am even looking forward to seeing Trent grow and mature. I cant wait for Taylor and Tank to get what is coming for them. I just hope Taylor's sister continues to maintain common sense and stay out of grown folks business lol. This book illustrates that when someone has been blessed by God to do something it illuminates the lives of others. The artistic craftsmanship the author portrayed is second to none. I am convinced she was BORN to do this. I can't wait for part three and I will SHOUT IT LOUD AND PROUD TO EVERYONE, BUY THIS BOOK!!!!!

I was concerned after reading the first book that Chance and Starr would end things before it really even got started. You could tell that they were really into each other and I'm glad to see they worked things out. They are good for each other and Starr was smart enough to go get her man. Starr was down for whatever and any man would want a woman like her by his side. Chance was a good dude. I was a little on the fence about him in the first book but he proved to be THAT dude. Tank and Tyriq woke up a beast. Blake seems to have matured quite a bit in this book. That's good to see because he was straight garbage before. I think he's met his match in Sin. I don't think she's going to tolerate any foolishness. She seems to have a backbone. That damn Sharia. I don't even know what to think about that chick. Although, all the blame shouldn't fall on her shoulders when it comes to the breakup of her and Blake, but this chick was waaaay out there. She did some grimy things in her past while she was with him that would make someone want to end her life. Sharia was as nasty and dirty as they come. She even had Taylor beat. I hope Taylor has a slow painful ending. She is c-r-a-z-y. I knew she didn't have it all but this chick has completely lost it. I guess she doesn't have a reason to live now so I hope Starr and the crew help her go out with a bang. Very good follow up. The only complaint I have is it was just too damn short. Hopefully, we won't have to wait too long for part 3. I'm so looking forward to know if that really happened or if that was just a dream.

I'm glad sharia was finally exposed. Even though Blake did his thing she had been doing her the entire time. To find out aliyaha wasn't his I know tore him up. And then she claims not to know who her daddy was get out of her. I feel so sad for din and Trent but they are sti with family that loves them. Chance isn't gonna let any more come to them if he can help it. Now that they have handled tyriq it seems to be another problem. Tank is a mess because he holding grudges because chance didn't know his daddy had another child. Hold that to your daddy and not everyone else man. No you thought chance was slow but look at there always two steps ahead yesssss!!!! Now Starr didn't play she went an straight killed sharia because Mike wanna leave letters saying he sorry!!! And the baby that Starr loved as her niece wow. They was both dirty and I know if Mike was living she would of for sure killed him. Please let Starr get out of this I don't need her in jail about to have some babies. And she nee to be there for chance.
