If there is one Leadership book I have to recommend it would be The Edge of Leadership! This book is indeed a treasure chest. It's captivating! Brigette's models (7 Types of Followers, The Leadership Cycle and The Three Individual Responses to Change) are absolutely brilliant! This book brings a fresh perspective on Leadership that is so applicable and useful. Plus it's easy to read and it's in Colour! Great Presentation. Love it! By Alan Geller I've read many of Brigette Hyacinth's articles on the topic of leadership and she knocks it out of the ballpark each and every time. This book is a MUST for anyone interested in making leadership a serious study during their lifetime. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
