I liked the way the author took the time to take us on the journey with Kandy to see everything that she went through to make her the person that she became. I would have liked to see there be some type of closure between Shannon and Kandy for the way she treated her while they were in the group home. I loved the relationship that Mel and Kandy had as well as the true friendship she had with Jas. Would love to read a spin off of Jasmine's story just to see her find love.

Happy to see Kandy was able to get through her issues after laying her mother out, and also finally letting the death of her sister go. Kandy deserved all the love and attention Ramen gave her. I wished we could have found out more with Jasmine and Mike after she caught him at the club, it was like damn its over. It was pretty fast pace, but not a bad story. Keep Pushing

It was several things that happened in the book with Mike and Jasmine and the author never touched on it again. Like when he put her out and then they were just back together with no dialogue. They get into a fight at the club and it's never mentioned again. This book really didn't have a lot of wow moments for me. But overall it was okay...
