1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Speechless! By Brenda Tashia At loss for words, this was my first read by this author but it won't be my last. I was intrigued by the very first chapter, it actually took me on a rollercoaster ride. Jeremiah, was a nice man but he let guilt, as well as his wife's Ashley cloud his judgment on things, and people. I loved the connection him, and Angel had because she was going through a lot and reminded him of his first love Kaila. He had this mind set that he could save everyone. Angel, and Jeremiah bond couldn't be broken, and he asked the person he loved the most to help Angel out but that individual had her own evil plan. Ashley, was very insecure and manipulative to say her and Jeremiah was married she never showed she cared, especially about Remy and Angel.Calaypso was the last person I excepted, and their helper through me for a loop. I can't believe they murdered all those people. The shocking revelations in this book would have you speechless, this is a must read.

I enjoyed the unexpected turn of events that took place. It was also refreshing to see characters like Angel and Jeremiah. Two people who were working to make positive changes in there lives after doing things they weren't proud of having to do to survive. The story moved into one event to the next, but in the end, it was still surprising who to see some characters for who they really were.The only thing for me was the intimate scenes. Don't get me wrong, they were steamy and very detailed. I just felt they were a bit long and drawn out sometime. That's just my opinion though. Overall, I felt the author did a nice job, and I would read more from her.

By Ms D Love the back drop of starting out wrong but later growing into a great man trying to give back and help others not knowing that he has been a puppet with someone else pulling the strings love the mystery surrounding the family and the suspense of not knowing who the the evil being trying to bring down the meant to be lovers also showing the other side of dancers some actually use it as a way to pay for school and have a good head on their shoulders Suspenseful Drama filled Exciting to read can't put it down
